Mal Dobson and Associates was established in 1987, initially focusing on corporate superannuation and soon after offering full financial planning services.
The company located its premises to Canning Vale as an alternative location to Central Business District of Perth. This strategy has proved successful in the ongoing growth of the company, due to the significant growth of the south residential and industrial corridor.
Mal Dobson and Associates advisers are authorised representatives of Financial Services Partners Pty Ltd. Financial Services Partners holds Australian Financial Services Licence number 237590 and is a principal member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.
In 2009, Mal Dobson & Associates was awarded a silver medal by the Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia (FESA WA) in the inaugural Volunteer Employer Recognition Program (VERP). This is a very prestigious award and recognises the dedication that Mal and his son Steven place on volunteerism in the community and to contributing to a safer community.
